Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free Shipping on all orders above Rs.2000.

  • A flat rate of Rs.199 applies on all orders below Rs.2000.

  • Delivery timelines are usually 3–7 business days, depending on your city and courier service.

  • For remote or less-accessible areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

  • For orders above Rs.. 10,000, we may require a minimum advance payment of Rs.. 1000. Our team will contact you for payment details before dispatch.

Special Cases

  • For university and hostel addresses, we require at least 50% advance payment due to frequent return cases. As a benefit, we offer a 10% discount on such prepaid orders.

  • If a customer has not received their previous order, full advance payment will be required for their next order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or high-volume sales events. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
