Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Free Shipping on all orders above Rs.3000.

A flat rate of Rs.199 applies on all orders below Rs.3000.

Delivery timelines are usually 3–7 business days, depending on your city and courier service.

For remote or less-accessible areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

For orders above Rs.. 10,000, we may require a minimum advance payment of Rs.. 1000. Our team will contact you for payment details before dispatch.

Special Cases

For university and hostel addresses, we require at least 50% advance payment due to frequent return cases. As a benefit, we offer a 10% discount on such prepaid orders.

If a customer has not received their previous order, full advance payment will be required for their next order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.

Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or high-volume sales events. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
